❓ Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Founding Multi-Agent Developer to build an AI-native, self-evolving system that drives fully autonomous global logistics. As a DNA hire, you are defined more by mindset than by title, with founder-level drive, adaptability, and ownership. You will design the the agent collaboration framework to allow Nemox’s agents to learn, adapt, and collaborate.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Own the agentic architecture. Map Nemox workflows into collaborating agents, embed evals, select fit-for-purpose models, and design prompt and context flow for each handoff.
• Lead context engineering and retrieval. Design the knowledge plumbing for agents including chunking, vector stores, memory strategies, and reusable prompt templates that fit our domains.
• Drive frontier experimentation. Stay on top of the latest model releases, frameworks, and agentic techniques, continuously test promising approaches in sandbox environments, and translate proven breakthroughs into our system roadmap.
